Do you offer wholesale options?
Yes, we provide both wholesale and retail options for our products. For wholesale inquiries, please contact our customer support.
Can I purchase smaller quantities than those listed?
Given our partnerships with our brands, offering smaller quantities of all items is challenging. However, we are working on introducing a sampling program soon. In the meantime, if you're interested in smaller quantities, please complete this form, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
I'm a brand; how can I become a partner?
To become a partner, simply contact us with your business details and we'll guide you through our partnership process.
When will my order ship?
The order fulfillment lead time is 3-5 business days from the time the vendor processes the order, with the product being shipped directly from the vendor.
How do I know it's on the way?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please note that as we utilize dropshipping, the dispatch times can vary depending on the vendor. Each vendor may have different processing times, but rest assured, you can monitor the progress of your shipment through the tracking information provided as soon as it's on its way. If you have any questions or concerns about your order's status, feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.
What if my package is damaged?
Please inspect your package and its contents for any damage as soon as it arrives. If you find any damage, email us photographs of the damaged items at dreammarketchi@gmail.com and make sure to include your order number. If the package was damaged during shipping, we will also need pictures of the box it was shipped in, along with the damaged items. We will either replace the damaged products or issue a credit for the value of the damaged items.
What's your return policy?
At Dream Market, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service through our online marketplace. Given our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, we do not accept physical returns of items or orders once they have been shipped.

Product Freshness Guarantee:
We guarantee that our pantry staples and dry goods will remain fresh for at least 30 days from the date of delivery. Many of our products often exceed this timeframe. However, to prevent waste, we recommend against bulk purchasing beyond immediate needs.
